Baylie works at the Humane Society of Southern AZ as the New Beginnings Behavior Program Supervisor. The New Beginnings Behavior Program is the HSSA's behavior team that works with the shelter's "at-risk" dogs with the aid of selected Department of Corrections (DOC) crew members. Both parties participation in the program ideally provides them with a new found sense of pride and confidence that will follow them into their new lives ahead!
