Sam is the owner and trainer of Pawsitive Marks, a dog training company serving the Durango, Bayfield, and Ignacio, CO communities. Pawsitive Marks specializes in doing the training for you in your home and out-in-the world for puppies and and adult dogs. Its private training with the convenience of a dog walker similar to traditional Board and Train programs but your dog does not need to leave your care. Training programs cover puppy training & socialization, general dog training, behavioral modification, off leash training and more.

In addition to being certified through CCPDT as a CPDT-KA, Sam is also certified through the Karen Pryor Academy (KPA) as a KPA Certified Training Partner and is a student at the Academy of Dog Trainers. She has been training professionally for over 16 years.
