Description
Support your local dog-friendly brewery staff with dog behavior & safety education as an add-on component of being a DWYD® Certified Class Instructor! (This course is for graduates of the DWYD® Class Instructor Course only.) As a dog trainer or behavior professional, learn the components of offering brewery staff education trainings around hosting dogs in their spaces, including discussion of relevant dog body language, how brewery staff can apply this understanding of dog body language to safer dog greetings, and coaching brewery staff on how to discuss safety & rule compliance with dog owners positively & effectively. Amber Quann has been offering this type of education to local breweries for 8 years with lots of success building a community of dog-friendly breweries that are raising the bar on what it means to host dogs in their spaces safely & successfully.
