Description

The Clinical Animal Behavior Conference is a 2.5-day intensive conference focusing on veterinary behavioral medicine. The theme of this year's conference is "Expanding Your Behavioral Toolkit." Throughout the conference, attends will learn the science behind various behavioral problems in companion animals and how to recognize, diagnose, and manage these problems. They will also learn strategies to implement change and reach financial success in veterinary practice. Presentations include topics such as: Animal behavior analysis and interceptions; Understanding the role of antecedents in behavior; Recognition and management of feline elimination problems; non-elimination behavior problems in felines; Evidence-based handling of felines; Behavioral prevention for canine patients; Feline psychopharmacology; Cooperative veterinary care; How to implement change in veterinary practices; Business aspects of financial success while meeting patient's needs and more.
