Description

Trauma is not a life sentence, it is possible to recover! Join us for an inspiring Member's live event with renowned Behaviourist, Human Clinical Psychologist and Dog Business Coach Dr Holly Tett.

🐾 Trauma can be the big 'in your face events', that most of us would consider as traumatising. However, they can also be much more subtle things that can make life feel really hard. 🐾 For your dog this might show up in behaviour such as separation anxiety, "reactivity", or memory problems when it comes to training.

🐾 For you as their caregiver, you might experience extreme emotions in relation to your dog's behaviour, such as anxiety, stress, low mood, resentment, frustration or guilt.
Together we will take a deep dive into the impact of trauma on the relationship that you and your dog share, reduce difficult emotions and promote an amazing, long term friendship with your dog. June 11, 10am Pacific Time/6PM UK Time. The event will run for a maximum of 2 hours. The recording will be available approximately 24 hours after the live broadcast. It will include all the links shared in the chat so you don't need to take notes (if you don't want to!). This event will be delivered in TED talk style. There will be lots of opportunies to ask Dr. Tett questions and to tailor the discussion as the event unfolds.
