Description
This is a recording of a 3-hour live session with Ken Ramirez, beginning with a 2.5 hour presentation on practical problem solving for animal trainers and ending with 30 minutes for Ken to answer questions from ATA members. Ken covers identifying and describing problem behaviours, discovering the possible causes, recognising consequences that are reinforcing or punishing the target behaviours, and implementing a plan to address the problem using positive reinforcement strategies.
