Description

We all know that people often have unrealistic expectations of their dogs. Understanding these expectations enables us to anticipate and address them through education where necessary. This knowledge can also aid us in helping clients identify which expectations are realistic and helping them develop plans for reaching those expectations. This month's paper takes a deep dive into the perspective of 175 dog owners and categorizes their expectations into several overarching themes. In this month’s webinar, we will discuss those themes as well as their implications for communicating with clients and designing effective services.
