Description

Animals live in a different sensory world from humans. While humans primarily rely on sight, different species rely on many different senses, perhaps most notably smell. A dog’s sense of smell is over 10,000 times more sensitive than a human’s! Smell has fascinating links to memory and emotions, as well as carrying information. Join neuroscientist and science communicator Dr. Paula Croxson to explore the unique way that smells are processed in the brain, how animals process smells and how smells and behavior interact.
