Description
Identifying effective reinforcers is essential for changing behavior. Having a variety of reinforcers at our disposal is especially useful so that we are likely to always have one available. We will explore research into using different types of social interaction as a reinforcer for dogs, including petting, vocal praise, and access to the owner. We'll discuss what we know about how and when to deliver social interaction to make it most valuable to your dog.
