Description
Enrichment is a key element of pet care and becoming common practice at boarding facilities. A successful enrichment program not only includes basic elements of species-specific enrichment, but also uses the three Cs of enrichment to create a long-lasting program. The three Cs of enrichment are Choice, Change, and Challenge and are vital to enrichment. In this presentation, learners will gain insight into how the elements of choice, change, and challenge support an enrichment program that is effective in the long-term.
