Description

A Step-by-step help on using BAT on your own. This course has video and written explanations of Behavior Adjustment Training technique for dog (re)socialization, along with assignments to practice what you've learned, and is an excellent way to learn the technique from the ground up. If you're a professional trainer or working with one, the structure in this course will set you up for success. It's a self-paced course, meant to take 6-12 weeks and covers: -Barking, lunging, growling on walks. -Fighting with other dogs in the home. -Avoiding or shutting down around people or dogs. -Biting or barking at people. Behavior Adjustment Training (BAT) is a practical technique and a philosophy. Polyvagal theory research indicates that mammals offer pro-social behavior when they feel safe. BAT combines observation, long leash techniques, training scenarios, and survival skills for real life.
