Description
This series of four weekly, two-hour, online sessions challenges behavior staff from multiple organizations to strengthen their behavioral information systems. In each session, ASPCA behavior experts share their methods, inviting each participating organization to do the same. Best practices are discussed as a group, followed by individualized discussions about application in small breakout sessions. For robust discussion, workshop participation is capped at three organizations at a time, each with one to four participants.
