This presentation will teach you the steps necessary to prepare your clients and cats for veterinary visits. What to look for in a veterinary clinic and how to communicate to the veterinary staff that their cat needs a break. Encouraging clients to prepare their cats for veterinary visits starting at home and what to expect in a force free, stress free visit.
