Description

The world can be a scary place for our companion animals. In this live, interactive webinar, we'll talk about common environmental triggers and how this influences their behavior. When we consider all of the strange sights and sounds our dogs and cats must face, it’s no wonder they sometimes feel unsafe! Unfortunately, these feelings can result in challenging behaviors, like barking, lunging, and even biting. This happens when our dogs and cats go over threshold. I'll share more about what this means, including strategies for keeping pets under threshold. We'll look at examples like creating distance and giving our pets as much choice and control as possible. There will also be time for you to ask questions, share your story, and get support from other guardians who know what it’s like to care for a fearful pet.
