Description

This presentation will begin with defining integrative medicine and functional medicine, and how we can proactively support health and minimize disease. I will then introduce numerous holistic modalities and discuss how and why they work for pets. Including nutrition/food therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, chiropractic, massage therapy, laser therapy, ozone therapy, homeopathy, essential oils, flower essences and aromatherapy. We will end with a few patient stories to exemplify how these modalities work in particular situations for health conditions in dogs.
