Description
Clients are all individuals - some are willing to work a lot to help their dog improve. Others want you to do everything, while others are hoping you have the magic wand, and just talking to them will make everything okay. Then there are those who would like you to give them permission to give up their dog. During each consultation, we have to assess not only the dog, but also the owner. We need to figure out how much they can and will do, and we need to modify our own recommendations to suit their capabilities. If we don't do that, we lose them, or they fail. In this course, we will discuss how to assess our clients in order to help them resolve their behavior problems.
