Description

Is Your Dog's Body Holding Stress? As modern neuroscience tells us, the body keeps the score. Anxiety and tension are held in the body. By learning to move more fluidly, dogs can relax and thrive. As a human, I do somatic practices (like dance) to process deep emotion. I’m thrilled to have Lori Stevens here to teach us about movement and stress in dogs! Movement exercises are fun for your dog and participating in structured practices, both on the floor and using fitness equipment, can strengthen your bond and exercise the mind. Movement can also: - Strengthen muscles, bones, and tendons - Improve flexibility - Improve balance and proprioception ...and much more! Recorded Live.
