Description

"From the principal framework of the three-tiered cake, Emelie and Eva delve deep into the practical aspects of dealing with mistakes. At the core of this presentation lies the notion that we unfortunately cannot rewind time, so instead we must find productive ways of dealing with errors and mistakes as they occur. What we do in the moment when a ""mistake"" occurs not only functions as a consequence for that behavior, it also sets the stage for the behaviors and contingencies that follow. What does this mean for our training? Why is it so important to differentiate between ""now"" and ""for later""? Can we create setups and procedures in our training that makes dealing with mistakes easier and keep us on track in our positive reinforcement training regime? This is one of Eva's and Emelie's passion topics, and they can't wait to tease out all the different aspects we all as trainers need to consider!"
