Weekly group coaching sessions Sessions are built around a monthly theme or focus, designed to support your progress toward your goals. Each month we will roughly follow this schedule: Week 1: Topic intro session These sessions will provide a deep-dive presentation into a topic, sharing our best teaching and tips on the subject. Weeks 2 & 3: Implementation sessions 2 weeks of focus on the details of the topic, structured to help you make and implement your decisions and plans. These will include discussion, brainstorming, Q&A, specific tasks, feedback, etc. Week 4: Open Q&A session Bring whatever you’re working on, whatever’s on your mind, and we’ll tackle it together as a community. All sessions will be recorded so you can revisit as needed.
