Course Description This course is text based. It provides an overview of the role of Team Facilitator, Atlas’ expectations of facilitators, and what will be covered throughout the workshop in-order for attendees to arrive fully prepared and ready to participate. Course Objectives Gain an understanding of what will be expected of you as a Team Facilitator. Familiarize yourself with what will be covered during the workshop. Gain an understanding of who our clients are and your role in their journey. Familiarize yourself with our process, forms, and materials prior to the workshop in order to allow more time for discussion and questions. Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students will: Have downloaded, read through and understood the different forms relevant to Team Facilitators, including the facilitator manual, training plans, the client Public Access Test etc. Understand what Atlas’ process for client certification is and what role facilitators have in that process.
