Description
Join Marty and Ari as they discuss some of the common team challenges they have dealt with in the professional animal care world, and the strategies they have used to help people at all organizational levels tackle these challenges. Marty and Ari will discuss some of the issues that they have seen crop up in the zoological community involving low trust teams, issues with communication, and challenges between staff members and their leadership. They’ll also share some of the exercises and resources they have utilized to help team problems, or behavior problem solving with teams, in a positive and effective manner.
