Description

Many behavioral problems can have various medical causes or several different aetiologies. During this webinar Prof. Dr. Gonçalo Da Graça Pereira will present several behavioral problems which started by medical trigger (here the concept of medical, means organic disease). The distinction between medical and behavioral disease can be hard. Nevertheless, the approach to treat an animal can involve both “medical” and behavioral approaches. In part 1 the focus will be on different physiological system diseases (except endocrinology) that can promote changes in behaviour, leading to incorrect diagnosis and not adequate treatment.
