In webinar #4, Riddle of the Sphinx - (#4 of the Four-Legged, Fit, and Confident series), we will take your fitness up (or down!) another level. We will be working on the tuck-sit to stands, sphinx (aka fold-back) down to stands, and weight-shifting. We will also cover the number of repetitions and sets you might do in a fitness routine. Finally, we’ll cover the importance of warming up and cooling down and how you can fit those steps into your fitness routine easily.
