Description

As consultants, we often deal with the effects of the entrenched biases of our clients, but do we carry biases into our consulting and teaching practices? Investigations into bias behavior show that human biases begin to develop at an early age and are reinforced by the social groups we belong to. In the first lecture of two, we will begin the process of identifying bias behaviors and examine their influence on learners, teachers, consultants, mentors, and our choices. Do our biases affect our training fluency, ethical decisions, methodology selections, continuing education decisions and skill development? Join us for the thought provoking look at the bias behaviors within our training cultures and practices.
