Description
This course will start off with a deep dive into the business aspects of pet loss, and truly understanding a companion's "why." From there, the Tenets of Companioning will provide the foundational elements needed to carry the next 14 hours of understanding the finer points of walking with a family through the loss of a beloved pet. Anticipatory Grief to include a discussion on Bucket Lists, Children and Pets and Grief to the beauty of Rituals with various classes around the emotional aspect of loss, and the business of loss. Every pet care professional will appreciate each session and how the course builds upon the learning to create a beautiful learning experience.
