Description

Despite increasing information on enhancing client communication in veterinary medicine, literature focusing on special cases remains limited: working with clients with special needs, or when the patient is an assistance animal. This session will summarize current recommendations on how best to build successful working relationships with these clients, including tips to implement in practice. This programming offered as part of the 2020 Midwest Veterinary Conference.
