Description
Workshop at The Association for Animal Welfare Advancement Fall Conference: Why is it so difficult to assess and agree on an animal’s behavioral/psychological quality of life (QoL)? Why is it so important that we do so? What are the implications of not doing it: for the animal, for the organization, and for the community? In this session, you’ll learn tactically how your staff can assess behavioral/psychological QoL, and practically, from a leadership perspective, what the implications for your organization will be.
