Description

6 hours of presentation including live demonstration of the Top 5 low stress handling skills for dogs and cats, protocols for all areas of care to use low stress handling, low stress handling in urgent care and behavior cocktails ( medication and interventional behavior modification plans) for common behavior complaints. This course is designed for the vet, tech, shelter care worker and trainer to create a low stress care experienced, especially when the animal cannot be rescheduled or is not medicated. An emphasis on body language, how to approach and touch with less stressful restraint that reduces bite risk injury to staff
