Description

Assistance Dogs International (ADI) is a coalition of nonprofit assistance dog organizations from around the world, who train and place service dogs with individuals with disabilities to provide greater independence. ADI mission is to elevate the impact of assistance dogs organizations worldwide by serving as the international leader in establishing and promoting the highest accreditation standards. Our objectives include: - Establish and promote standards of excellence in all areas of assistance dog acquisition, training and partnership - Facilitate communication and education among member organizations - Educate the public to the benefits of Assistance dogs Every year, ADI conducts an international conference for our membership organizations that provide opportunities for our members to network, share best practices and receive education on the latest information related to operating assistance dogs programs.
