Helping people with their pets’ behavior issues requires that you wear many hats. Managing a behavior or training case from start to finish means handling scheduling, follow-ups, and paperwork. If you can decrease the amount of time you spend on these tasks, you’ll have more time to work with more people or EVEN more time for yourself and family (what an idea!!). In this month’s webinar, we’ll introduce you to two free online tools you can use to make certain types of client contacts occur automatically. Anytime you can automate a process in your business, you become more efficient, fewer things fall through the cracks and you have time for other things. The two applications we’ll be talking about and demonstrating are Boomerang Google Forms Boomerang is an extension that can be used with Gmail. Google Forms also requires a Gmail account and allows you to easily create and add all sorts of forms to your website without having to know html coding. If you don’t have a Gmail account, it is super easy to create one in less than five minutes. We encourage you to do so prior to this webinar so you’ll be ready to use both these applications in your business. We won’t demonstrate how to set up a Gmail account, but we will be demonstrating both the Forms and Boomerang application.
