Description

For employees and volunteers of Learning Lab partner organizations. These interactive learning modules will set the stage for the in-person Core Retreat. The online content includes: -What is already working well at your organization -Why and how we standardize behavioral rehabilitation -Basics of the behavioral rating scales for fear, socialization, and aggression -Intro to treatment protocols -Tracking progress in each protocol via Treatment Stages -Intro to the behavior database -The Learning Lab’s tagline is “Everyone is the behavior staff.” Since we encourage smooth communication of behavioral info between Medical, Ops, and Behavior teams, we hope this training will help support cross-team communication using a common behavior language.
