Description

Sometimes the most frustrating part of our job is dealing with the owners! Many of us got into veterinary medicine because we loved animals— not humans. But the dogs and cats cannot bring themselves in to the clinic for an exam. So, how do we deal with pet owners’ behavior without losing sleep? Offered as part of the Midwest Veterinary Conference, this session will discuss effective methods of working with humans—instead of against them.
