The mission of this workshop is to help participants reach their goals and realize their full potential in every aspect of animal training and educational programming. Workshop Includes: 1) Knowledge: Scientific principles and training technology of Operant Learning, 2) Practice: Guided hands-on training with a variety of over 50 different species of birds and other animals; 3) Community: Strategies for improving staff communication, team performance, and team building Mastery: Limited class size for personal attention in a comprehensive learning environment. All workshop materials, including note guides and other resource information are provided.
