This is a one hour presentation specifically created for this school per request to teach young children about their school values: Make Good Decisions, Solve Problems, Show Respect. Children will be asked to discuss what each value means and how it can be demonstrated. I will explain how dogs can show these values and have therapy dogs demonstrate these values. I will explain dog behavior and how to read simple behaviors. I will teach them how to greet a dog safely and have them practice safely meeting a dog with the certified therapy dogs available.
