Description

Resisting handling or restraint, vocalization, and aggression are common manifestations seen in fearful dogs and cats visiting the veterinary practice setting or requiring minor procedures. These responses can create stress for the veterinary team and your clients. In addition, fear-based aggression presents a danger to personnel. This session will focus on the issue and offer practical suggestions for dealing with these patients and encouraging stress-free visits.
