Description
Late-night howling, pee on the carpet, the lone fecal ball at the bottom of the stairs, piles of vomit on the floor: Are these behavior problems or symptoms of a bigger issue? In many cases, especially with senior cats, these are signs of a medical problem manifesting as a behavior problem. In this session, we will discuss how to recognize these issues, what questions to ask clients to determine if the problem is medical or behavioral, and how to address both aspects of the issue simultaneously. This session is offered as continuing education programming during the Midwest Veterinary Conference.
