The CCPDT does not endorse any specific instructor, school, or commercial entities, nor does it make any representation, warranty or guarantee as to any participant’s satisfaction with any of the included events. Please provide details of the event you attended including title, instructor, dates and location, along with your specific complaint and your full contact details including your CPDT certification number. Your complaint will be forwarded to the CCPDT Board of Directors for review.
