Description

When investigating and treating a behaviour issue, it is essential that good, factual records are obtained and maintained. These 'case history' records are used for accurate diagnosis, supporting clients in their aims, as well as forming a plan of treatment for the dog or cat. In this webinar we explore methods of history taking, alongside case studies illustrating how client perception influences the information.
