Description

???Stress?۪ is a word we say and hear on a regular basis. It is often used when describing our professional, social, or personal lives. It is also commonly used when dealing with or talking about our animal clients. But do we really understand what it means? Is our stress the same as an animal?۪s? What does stress have to do with working with an animal client? What should we consider when training? How do I know if an animal is really stressed, or simply excited? And how can I alleviate stress? Attendees of this webinar will learn how about the impact of stress, both mentally and physically, how stress impacts training, and what they as professionals can do to reduce stress. The focus will be on studies conducted in animal shelters, and the benefits of working with shelter animals will be addressed.
