Description

This request is for CCPDT to permit administration of CEUs for dog trainers who attend the TLU Krost Symposium in February 2019. Six speakers delivering eight (8) addresses (two will repeat with one talk each just for CEU earning attendees, and the balance of the program will be for a broader audience. The speakers are expert trainers and or veterinarians specializing in behavioral health (see names below and on website, url pasted above), and academic researchers whose scientific work centers on comparative canine cognition. In addition there will be a panel of veterinarians to be moderated by a veterinarian. The program has been approved for 10 hours of CEUs for veterinarians (the two CEU-earners only presentations will be 1.5 hours, as will be the panel, and the balance of the addresses are scheduled for one hour (total anticipated time is 10.5 hours). We would delight to be able to extend the CEU opportunity for dog trainers.
