Description

Respondent Conditioning, also known as Classical Conditioning or Pavlovian Conditioning, consists of the pairing of stimuli. Neutral stimuli can be paired and offered a meaning and emulate emotional responses (positive or negative ones). Techniques based on this type of conditioning are very effective in producing conditioned responses and are often used in conjunction with operant conditioning (actually the two seem somewhat intertwined). They are used in techniques which are extremely successful for behavioural modification. In this in depth webinar, we will go over the meaning of classical conditioning and how it can be used. We will be taking a look at the basics but we will also learn about higher order classical conditioning and the ways in which it can be used. By the end of the webinar, you will not only be talking like a pro but more importantly, acting like one! You will understand when Repondent Conditioning is taking place as well as how, when and why you should implement responding conditioning in your training.
