Description

Few people realize the challenges they will face when they bring home or shelter a fearful dog. Despite good intentions, these dogs can remain wary and shy of people, other dogs, new experiences and objects. The best chance of improvement lies in handlers having a complete understanding of why dogs are afraid and the most effective and humane ways to help them learn to be more comfortable in their world. This seminar will provide information and support to people doing the difficult and often frustrating work of helping these dogs. The information provided in this seminar is applicable to all levels of fear and wariness displayed by dogs.
